ELEV|8 Baseball is led by 13 yr Major League Baseball veteran Luis Alicea. After his playing days , Coach Alicea went to work with the Boston Red Sox organization as Field Coordinator for Latin America, managed several minor league teams, and culminated his carreer as First Base Coach for the Boston Red Sox World Series Championship Team in 2007. Coach Alicea knows what it takes to be the best and is a great communicator when working with the next generation of ballplayers.

Our exceptional coaching staff consists of seven former professional ball players dedicated to our philosophy of Excellence in Training and Player Development and is unmatched by any other youth training program available.
ELEV|8 Baseball takes a holistic approach to the development of each athlete. Whether you are participating in one of our weekly Training Camps or our full-time 9-month Academy, your game skills, mental understanding of the game, and athletic performance will improve.
